The Qualified Electronic Signature is a digital signature with which you can replace a handwritten signature. With AUTHADA sign you can create a Qualified Electronic Signature and thus digitally sign documents with legal formal requirements or high liability risk.

The Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) is the most secure digital signature procedure according to the eIDAS regulation. 

How do I create a digital signature with AUTHADA sign?2023-01-30T16:32:29+01:00

With AUTHADA sign you can create a legally valid digital signature securely and quickly. All relevant regulatory principles are taken into account.   

How to create a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) with sign:  

  1. identify yourself digitally with the AUTHADA app.  Successful identification is the prerequisite for the digital signature with sign. Fore more information klick here.
  2.  Now you can view the documents to be signed again in AUTHADA sign. If you want to sign the documents, click on the corresponding button.  
  3.  As an additional security factor, a one-time password will be sent to your cell phone via SMS. After entering the one-time password in AUTHADA sign, the creation of the Qualified Electronic Signature is triggered – thus you have successfully signed digitally.

For a digital signature with AUTHADA sign, through the Qualified Electronic Signature (QES), a two-factor authentication is required, which you fulfill directly with our service AUTHADA sign using the identification. This ensures that no one signs documents on your behalf. This is a regulatory basis and provides you with an all-around secure signing service.
