AUTHADA offers tailor-made solutions to your business for quicker and safer customer on-boarding.
On-boarding in seconds
The customer identifies himself / herself with their eID + PIN, with an NFC-compatible Smartphone or tablet. Personal data is transmitted immediately and the customer is won within a few seconds.
Our eID solutions are fully automated. We send only the dataset that is relevant to you. This is the only dataset that needs to be stored for the sake of revision. This reduces the burden on your data centres and employees.
We, with the federal eID infrastructure, our BSI certification, state-of-the-art encryption and our highly secure data centre, provide the most secure identification service on the market.
Compliant with the Law
With the eID, identifications can be carried out in conformity with the Money Laundering Act, the Telecommunications Act, E-Government Law and eIDAS-regulations.
Compared with existing providers, with us you save money and time in the processing and storage of data with each identification.
Our eID solutions are available round the clock. Our high-performance services are scaled and they allow you to offer your products and services anytime and anywhere.

Money Laundering Act (AMLA)
A AMLA-compliant identification can be implemented with the help of electronic proof of identity (§ 18 ID Cards Act) and the electronic residence permit (§ 78 Parag. 5 of the Residence Act), in accordance with § 12 Parag. 1 clause 1 no. 2 GWG. The obligations to preserve records resulting from this identification procedure (as per § 8 Parag. 2 clause 5) require the "service and card-specific marking", which we provide with the data for identification.
The eIDAS Regulation regulates electronic identification and electronic trust services all over Europe. The German eID has already been successfully notified and will be able to be used for identification in the EU in the future. The implementation of the eIDAS Regulation is outlined in the Trust Service Act (VDG). Moreover, as per eIDAS, a remote signature can be initiated via the German eID, see AUTHADA sign.
Telecommunications Act (TKG)
The electronic identification proof (eID) and the electronic residence permit (eAT) are legitimate methods for the identification of natural persons (for example for the activation of prepaid SIM cards) according to § 111 TKG. The obligations to preserve records are applicable in the same way, as per § 8 Parag. 2 clause 5 of the GWG (AMLA).
E-Government Law (EGovG)
Electronic access to the administration (in accordance with § 2 Parag. 3 of the EGovG) requires an option of identification via electronic proof of identification (eID) and an electronic residence permit (eAT).
