Collection and processing of your personal data in the application process
We offer you the possibility to seek information on our websites about vacancies or speculative applications. By sending your application by e-mail or mail, you agree to AUTHADA GmbH using your data in accordance with the statutory provisions within the framework of the application process in accordance with the purpose and to being permitted to pass on your data to the employees and partners involved in the selection process. Purpose
The personal data and documents provided by you within the framework of the application process are collected, processed and used by us solely for the purposes of processing the application or in the process of filling the vacancy. Your data are stored and processed by us in accordance with the valid data protection provisions. There is no disclosure to third parties as a rule.
If we can offer you further vacancies in addition to your requested role at the same time, we would forward your application documents to the employee managers after your written approval.
Access to the personal data of the applicant is granted solely to the employees and managers who are involved in the vacancy filling process of AUTHADA GmbH.
All our employees involved in the vacancy filling process are bound by data secrecy under the GDPR.
Retention period of the application data
In the event of a successful application, we use your provided data for the employment relationship. In the event of an unsuccessful application, your personal data are, as a rule, deleted from our applicants database six months after the completion of the application process. This does not apply if statutory provisions contradict a deletion or the further storage is required for the purposes of keeping proof.
Storage in the pool of applicants
If we cannot offer you a suitable role at the moment, but nevertheless see the option of offering you interesting alternative areas of work in the future, you will be contacted by us and asked for your written approval to inclusion or use of your application data in our applicants’ pool. In this case, we will store your application data for up to 12 months in our pool of applicants. Your data will then be deleted if we were unable to offer you a suitable role in that period. There is no disclosure of your applicant data to third parties as a rule.
Right of revocation
You may revoke your consent to the use of your personal data at any time with effect for the future and withdraw your application. In this event, please send your withdrawal by e-mail to karriere@authada.de or by mail to:

Please note that it is not possible for legal reasons to immediately delete all your data regarding your application, as we as the employer must archive certain data for a certain period of time to fulfil legal requirements.
Right to information
On request, we will be happy to provide you with written information in accordance with Article 15 GDPR on the data stored on your person within the framework of our application process. If, despite our efforts for data correctness and topicality, incorrect information was stored, we will correct it after notification from you.
